Was referred to San Jose Collision by a good friend, as "the best shop in Jacksonville", last week when needing a minor rear bumper fix. Upon arriving, I was greeted by a friendly young man at the desk who walked me to my car. After describing the accident & showing him the bumper & telling him what I wanted done, he simply looked at me & asked for my keys and told me to wait in the lobby. After about 15 minutes, he came back with a smile on his face & told me that he left it running! The bumper was completely fixed, popping it back into place & he described what he had done! No car rental needed, no pricey estimates & literally done while waiting! I will repeat my friend's remarks about this business "the best shop in Jacksonville"!
