I have to give props to this place. I've been needing to get the hood on my Toyota Highlander fixed for a while. A previous owner had applied some kind of wrap on the hood and on the mirror caps, and after I bought it, the wrap began to lift from car washes and the Florida heat. For two years, the hood has been akin to the texture of sand paper. So recently, I finally decided to look for a body shop to repair it.
I'll be honest, San Jose Collision was the first and only place I received a quote from. I could tell from the jump that they know what they are doing and I could trust them with this project, albeit a small one compare to what they are used to doing. Sean was kind, responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. I picked up my car yesterday and the finished product looks great. They were open and honest about needing a little extra time and hence extra paid labor, but I was fine with that. I'm going to return on Monday to have them finish the mirror caps, but I trust them to finish the job. I know where to go if God forbid something happens with my vehicle that I need a body shop again. I'm actually not embarrassed to pull up in my car now with my hood fixed! Thanks y'all!
